Offline Downloads without Plex Pass

Server Version#: 1.40.1.822
Player Version#: Android 10.19.2.1191

July 2024 I was able to download a few movies and TV series to my Android player for offline playback.
A month later and it is now asking me to sign up to Plex Pass before it will let me download.

I created my (Free) plex account in 2017.
The server account I connect to bought a Lifetime Plex Pass back in 2017 too.
This particular server was created in 2023.
I was invited to join the server in 2024

According to [https://support.plex.tv/articles/downloads-sync-faq/](https://Downloads FAQ) I believe I should still be able to download from their server, but I am being asked about Plex Pass.

Does the server that was created in 2023 have Plex Pass? I’m interpreting that table to mean that the server (regardless of creation date) has to have it, too.

The owner of the server has had Plex Pass since 2017. Is there anything I need to check at the server end to confirm this these accounts etc are setup correctly?
