Offline Playlist does not show items

Any updates @ManuelPG on the now locked forum post from last year?

I’m having the same issue I think, the Downlands & Sync aren’t available offline.

I’ve tried in the Plex App:
Reset Cache in Settings>Advanced
Logging in and out of App
Offloading and reinstalling App in iOS Storage Plex App settings

I’d prefer not to try to “Delete Item” in the Apps Sync settings, potentially removing all of the content and starting over. That seems like the next step though.

I have the same issue. My work around is to
1 Disable automatic app updates. Update seem to delete all of my sync’d content.
2 Before I leave home, I put my iOS device in airplane mode and make sure I can access my sync’d content.
3. If it says “no content”, then I put the device online, delete all sync’d content , and redownload all of it.

This used to work 100% , but now I can’t see sync’d playlist, of the videos that were in the playlist. which means I can’t play them as a playlist in the order that I put them.

It’s a recurring problem that I wish the Plex team would fix!
