Hi all, Plex seems really unhappy when I am offline and looking for ways to make sure we maintain a healthy and happy relationship when we go on the road.
I have searched and cannot find the best way to setup my Plex Server (on Flashtor 6712) to get all metadata for personal MP4 content when offline. I wish to unplug my NAS at home, plug it into the TV in the RV and access all of my MP4 content while on the road. And, of course other than the streaming content and Live TV, have Plex look and feel like it does at home to the degree possible. I have converted all of my DVDs to MP4 and love the Plex interface experience when I go into the movie or TV show (actors, bios, what other movies they are in within my content, etc.). Is it possible to do this? Is there a way to bring all of the metadata local instead of going to the internet every time I get detailed metadata? Thanks in advance for any replies.
