On Apple TV Plex thinks the episode is over when there more time left

Every single time that I watch anything on my Plex server on a Windows PC and watching my Apple TV about 15-20 minutes into watching an episode either from Live DVR or my own media files, it stops playing because it thinks it finished the episode. Then I have to click to rewatch and continues where I left off but then it will randomly switched to the next episode. Or I can go backwards I have to restart my episode from the beginning.
