On Deck for remote user does not work.

Hello,
I am looking for some help please.

My account works fine and has On Deck for all / roku / OpenPHT / web.

On deck does not work for the remote user (added to either My Home or Friends) and I have tried Roku / Web players. When I use the web player and go to TV and change from ALL to On Deck I get “There is no content matching your active filter.”

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

If this is a new user, they won’t have anything queued up for OnDeck. Other users have their own OnDeck, they won’t see yours.

So, as new episodes are added their own deck should update? This is my parents roku account, if I log in as them they should see new items listed there…correct?

I just logged into their account view the web and see new items listed under recently added, but don’t see an on deck option listed on their home screen. I also get the same response if I follow the steps above. What am I missing?

Unless they have watched the show before, it won’t add to On Deck. On Deck is for shows that have been queued in some manner, either by having watched previous episodes, or having watched part of it. A brand new show, or old show that the person has never watched before will never automatically show up in On Deck, unless that person does something to physically make it show up there (watch previous episode, etc…).
