I’m running Windows 11 and my Plex Media Server has stopped working suddenly. I’ve installed, uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve turned off firewall and Windows defender to test, but nothing seems to work. Please help I’ve been pulling my hair out troubleshooting.

I’m having the same issue. Uninstalled, reinstalled many times both from the plex site and the windows store. media server app won’t open. the icon is showing in the task tray but upon clicking ‘open plex’ it just takes me to the website
That’s the expected behavior.
The server itself doesn’t have a native user interface. You’re accessing/managing the server through a web app.
