I want to install and use plex media server on windows 11 server.
The version of server is 1.25.9.5721
There was no problem with the installation, but there no response on the local webpage after installation.
I’ve only been looking at the plex media server logo for few weeks.
Is there anything I should look into?

Not sure if Win 11 has a system tray, but do you see plex running there? If not can you open the task manager and see it running there?
Yes. You can check if it is running in the task manager.
Which exact local URL are you trying to open?
Any browser add-ons/plug-ins or security apps that might interfere with Plex loading in your browser?
mine is running on windows 11 pro no problem since november 2021 the only issued i had was hw not engaging after latest optional updates , reverting it fixed it
