This isn’t a Plex problem. It’s a media curation task. That’s why there has been no action.

How is it a media naming issue if:
- I’m using the recommended tool (Filebot) and the recommended built-in preset for Plex formatting for the names?
And
- it recognizes some of the show but not all of it?
I performed the steps you recommended, including posting my log files. That’s what was disappointing: what was the point of all that if the only response is “it’s not a Plex problem”?
Your logs don’t indicate any change - and the Scanner Log shows no indication of ‘Toys’ at all… so:
The Plex Dance wasn’t completed or some steps were skipped and if you don’t do every step in order - The Plex Dance doesn’t work.
