One show (Classic Doctor Who) keeps showing in "Recently added"

It has been like this from the beginning, for mahy months. The show Doctor Who keeps being listed at the beginning in my Recently Added, even though it is not being updated, it has been constant for several weeks. I don’t mind it terribly, but would like to figure out how to avoid it.Plex Media Server Logs_2019-08-30_13-22-53.zip (4.5 MB)

Is it the whole show or only one season or only one episode?
What does the Plex XML info of this affected item say in the properties addedAt="..." & updatedAt="..."?

It is the whole show. Here is a screenshot

I can’t see how to get the XML for the whole show?

Then get the XML for one episode. Preferably S01E01

Getting the XML for a whole show is possible btw.
If you look at the XML of an episode, you’ll see the parentKey="/library/metadata/nnnnnnn and the grandparentKey="/library/metadata/xxxxxxxx

Take the number after the last slash, and insert it into the URL in your browser address bar (after /metadata/xxxxxxxxxx) and press Enter.
parent = Season
grandparent = Show

It is similarly with music where
parent = Album
grandparent = AlbumArtist

From s01e01: addedAt=“1515161818” updatedAt=“1566576835”

show xml: addedAt=“1515156205” updatedAt=“1566576910”

OK, these are date/timestamps in “Epoch” format
show xml: addedAt=“1515156205” updatedAt=“1566576910”

So apparently, S01e01 was not added “as new”, but was somehow updated a week ago.

Are your media stored on a removable drive or on a network share?
If so, disable this checkbox:
Settings - Server - Library - Empty trash automatically after every scan

then monitor the issue for a few days.

Thanks. Yes, it is a network drive. I unchecked this and will see how it goes.

It did not help. It still shows up there after every scan.

Are all files in there named strictly according to the naming guidelines?
https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/
If they’re not, fix them. Filebot
Particularly with “Bonus” material.

Please check the file date/time stamp of all files, whether any of them lies in the future. If they do, fix this as well. Then perform the Plex Dance with the whole show.

If you find any

I did a big renaming opearation, the names were mostly fine but still in several subfolders. Then I still removed it from Plex scan, and then re-added it and it seems to work normally now.
