Ongoing suspicious login attempt – Concern after password change

I recently received a security alert about a suspicious login attempt to my account (my account) from IP address 79.112.62.126, located in Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain. I do not recognize this device or location.

As a precaution, I have changed my account password. However, I am still receiving alerts about login attempts from this IP address, and I am hesitant to log in again using my new password due to the warning message displayed.

Additionally, I am unable to enable two-factor authentication, as the option does not appear in my account settings.

Could you please assist me with the following:

  • Enable two-factor authentication on my account

  • Confirm whether any unauthorized access has occurred

  • Provide access logs or recent login activity

  • Block or restrict access from the suspicious IP address
