Online media gone for my managed users

I might be missing something because I don’t use online sources, but I wanted to activate podcasts for one of my managed users, but I can’t find the category on my android phone. I enabled online sources and added a podcast for the respective user via web. It works fine for the user on Plex web and podcasts work for the admin also on android.

tldr:
Online sources are missing for managed users on android mobile. What can I do/what have I missed?

Open up the side navigation bar, click More and it should show up towards the bottom in the Plex source header. If you want to pin it so you don’t have to click MORE then hit Edit and then click the push pin icon next to it.

It is not there for the managed user.

There is simply no “More” option.

I am actually interested in podcasts atm.

Enabling all of them doesn’t change anything.
Deleted app data, no change.

Have you tried changing to another user and back? Changing the media providers doesn’t update while the app is active.

Sure I did, i even deleted app data, which also resets the user credentials.

Edit: who is playing tricks on me? Now it works… Without doing anything additionally.
But podcasts are missing. God damn :smiley:

So what is working then? I thought podcasts is what you were interested in.

Yes sorry, the other services showed up. So I was already excited.
Is there some time of grace period until the changes are taken over? I have now disabled all the services except podcasts and can still access all services (except podcasts which is still not there).

Edit: After clearing app data again all the services are gone again. Still no sign of podcasts although they are enabled (and working fine on web).

Can you provide the app log while signed in as the managed user?

I didn’t realise yet, that podcasts are now also missing for my main user. So none of the users have podcasts on android mobile.
I am pretty sure it was there before, see my first post.
On android TV podcasts are there also for the managed user. So it only relates to android mobile.
