Very strange situation here. I've installed PlexConnect on my mac mini using the little Applescript app that's doing the rounds on the forum. It's working perfectly on one ATV via trailers, yet on my 2nd ATV when I access the trailers section, I can only see the trailers (not my PMS library). I've set the DNS manually on both ATV's to the address of my mini.
Is there any reason why this might be occurring?

You might want to restart the pesky one, it looks as if it is pulling the name resolution for trailers.apple.com from its DNS cache, rebooting the machine ATV will flush the cache and get it to speak with PlexConnect.

Yes, I tried that. Also made sure it was updated and restarted again.
Apart from the IP address, all network setting are identical on both ATV's.
I wonder whether I might need to reset???
Just fully reset the ATV and started from scratch. All good now, I'm very pleased to say.

When you rebooted the ATV, did you pull the plug to do it or something else?
Never thought of pulling the plug to be honest. I just did ‘restart’ in general settings. Tried that first. Then tried reset, then finally resorted to a ‘Restore All’
Ah you may not have flushed the cache then.
Well at least they are working now :)
