I recently purchased a new TV a Philips OLED+910. I have zero issues with Plex, except one. None of my subtitles appear white they’re always grey. Ive tired making the .ass .srt with specifics forcing them to appear white but that doesn’t work. Ive tried burn automatic and burn always but again nothing changes. I’m not super tech savvy but know enough to try the usual methods. I would really appreciate any help or advice. I also find it odd that Plex cannot offer technical support via email. Thanks in advance for any help.
From the main menu, go over to the left where the libraries are listed. At the very bottom is settings. Scroll down to subtitles. Subtitle color.
Appreciate the time taken to reply. Unfortunately, that doesn’t change anything. It still displays grey subtitles.
