I have been using Plex for a little over a year. Originally set up as a server from my ASUS Computer as the server with a Synology NAS as my media storage drive. This has been working well. I decided to build a better server and operate both under my Plex Pass Account. 2 servers under one account.
My problem is that I am trying to move my transcoder to my RAMM as I built the system to do this. I sign onto the server and when going to the setting tab I only get "Web Client-General. I have looked all over the system and cannot find the “server” tab anywhere. I also don’t have the users or devices tab that use to be listed as Web Server Users Devices. Is this something new and they are in a different place or do I have something set up incorrectly. I really am a novice at this but find it interesting and a great way to get all my media available over my devices at home.
I am happy to provide you with anything you need to help me troubleshoot this issue. But you are going to have to pull out the crayons to guide me through the process.
