Only one player cannot connect to the server

Server Version#:4.48.1 (Ubuntu)
Player Version#:5.9.2 Platform version 3

Hi I had my setup workig for a while with no issues. Then out of the blue, my Samsung player cannot connect to the server. It sees it, but will not connect. I have a FireStick , a Roku TV, an older Samsung TV and they connect to the server with no issues. Even my IPhone app works.

I trier resetting the app, even removing and installing again to no avail. I am stumped.

If it’s only 1 of many,

  1. Remove , reinstall, relink – first step
  2. If it continues, download the player logs

If this is not the correct device, the others are listed in that area
