Can't connect to server

I am unable to connect to my Windows Plex server with my Samsung TV, nor my Samsung S9 phone. I am able to connect through the Plex app on my Windows laptop although at times, not. All on the same network. I have turned off the firewall on the host machine with no change. Samsung issue, or?

Stumbled on the answer…first got the server to connect to the phone app by choosing “reset all customizations”, then, realizing the problem was app specific went into the TV app and found “Leave Early Access” which I never knew existed (I don’t have a Plex Pass). Clicked on it. Boom, problem solved.
