Only one smart TV gets a network error that will not allow Plex access

Player is Vizio E-70 smart TV. Server is shared. I have had Plex TV since close to its inception and stream via my network (hard wired for smart TVs) in my house. I am only having an issue on one player device. When I launch the Plex app there I get a pop up with two options, either to verify network connection or leave app. In checking network connection system verifies hard wire connection with 7.7 mb down load. Plex settings set to default play at 2mb / 720p. On same device I stream Netflix & Youtube TV using the same connection and smart TV service with out issue, so logic would suggest the problem lies in the Plex App. I have removed and reinstalled the app via the app store but with the same result. Any help in solving this will be appreciated.
