Hi all!
After using Plex Media player for more than six years, yesterday the two servers I have stop working as direct connection but relay.
Trying to fix it, I’ve downgraded version one of my server, reboot and update router firmware or even reboot virtual server in which two servers are running.
When I’ve tried to check the Remote Access in the server config this was enable for a few seconds and after that it come back to disable.
I’ve re-checked the router (ports mapping, NAT) configuration but finally I’ve opted to change outside ports that I was using to map to internal ports. Now it seems to be working more than few hours (I don’t know how long it will do).
But the question is, does that make sense to some of you? Why does the port change work, if the previous ones have been working without problems until this random problem.
If someone has an explanation for that I would be appreciate it. Thank you.
