Only see Plex screen at opening no content and can't update

I run my plex server from a dedicated Win 10 computer stored in a closet. I often access the server from my mac though where I can tell the server to update libraries, edit the icons, etc. Recently though, my Mac only opens a black screen with the large plex logo - nothing else.

If I select the Plex icon in my top bar and see options, if I select check for updates, preferences, update libraries, etc. All take me to the same screen. I can’t check what version I’m running because no content is visible. Has anybody experienced this one?

Are you doing this through a web browser?

Which URL are you using?

Does it work if you use: https://app.plex.tv/desktop ?

Thank you very much, that link worked. It also worked with the original link when I used a different browser.
