- Use the new TV agent (which is now the default).
- As @tom80H mentions, use “Season XX.” Use two digits for the season number.
- Make sure you have selected “Use Season Titles” in the library’s advanced settings.
- Rescan the library and refresh metadata after making any changes.
- If Plex still does not label things correctly, Plex Dance the entire show.
