Only the Admin user has access to Live TV and DVR

I’m on my first day with Plex live TV & DVR. I have one ID with plex and several in home users setup in Plex. When I use Chrome and select my admin user I see the option for live, dvr, guide etc and that all seems correct. If I then switch to any different user using the drop down on the top right of the screen there is nothing related to live tv or dvr. Its not in the side menu nor can I find it in any menus.

What am I not understanding here. I assumed Live tv & dvr would show under each of my in home users that I have setup under my single plex account.

Make sure they have access.

Go to Plex Home, click on the username, then check the Restrictions tab.

Thanks for taking the time to help.

I didnt have any luck. While signed in as the admin as well as a general user I dont get a list of user “names”/icon.

I’m assuming I start by being in my admin user, then click on the top left to get to Plex home?

The “in-home users” are part of your Plex Home, correct?

It is the same place you set up those users.

Login using the account that owns the server.

Thanks. The ui sometimes isn’t logical for a new user, I kept missing that knook.
