ONN 4K Streaming Box (Newest) Unable to play Live TV

I am unable to play any live ota channels on my ONN 4K Streaming boxes. I have the newer version of the boxes and the latest plex app from the store installed. I can play the channels fine of my nvidia shield and the pmp app on pc as well as from the browser.

When I try to play a channel on the device, I don’t get any error it just spins for about 2 seconds and then goes back to the top of the guide.

We tested this on the latest Onn and have been unable to reproduce your issue. Would you be able to reproduce the issue and provide the Android logs?

This can be disregarded, after testing on a second device, I decided to factory reset this one and it is now working fine.
