Opening Plex stops ethernet connection from working, no issue on wifi

Server Version#: 1.32.2.7100
This feels like it’s probably a really simple issue, but I can’t figure it out. I downloaded Plex Media Server yesterday, and upon installation I immediately had an issue where I could not connect to any websites from my server computer. I was still connected to the router, and the icon still said “Connected, Internet Access”, but webpages were returning time out errors. When I unplugged my ethernet cable and connected to wifi instead on the same network, the issue was instantly resolved, and I was successfully able to stream media to my TV. I’ve pored over my routers settings but nothing popped out to me as obviously the issue.

I am using a Fios Quantum Gateway router with firmware version 02.03.00.14, and have tried turning off the firewall (router and pc), changing UPnP settings, setting up port forwarding etc. I feel like the fact that it’s only an issue on ethernet means it’s almost definitely a router problem, but no clue what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I saw that earlier, but for some reason thought home network protection was the firewall. This seems like it, thanks a lot.
