Is there a solution to get Plex media server to download subtitles using the opensubtitles REST API? The old api is deprecated and doesn’t work anymore (getting error when downloading subtitles manually and automatic subtitles contain a warning that the API will be discontinued)

In case it’s important my plex media server says it’s newest version 1.32.5.7349
Migrating to the new API is on our radar, and will happen before the old API is taken down
has this change made effect yet ? as i cant seem to download any subs from open subtitles

Suggest you start a new thread, reproduce and provide logs
when will it take effect then please ? i pay for this monthly

so why isnt it working now then ? i aint the only one you can see my posts others got it too

As said, the API is AFAIK still working, but when said, there sure is an issue

Wrong, old API is still active!
not working here for me and I guess, it is not working for everyone else who is complaining here…You should reevaluate this statement.
API is working, it’s something else, and as said, we are looking into it
Comes and goes here, generally it’s ok but sometimes , nothing.
