Opt into Emails from PLEX / Announcements

Curious if anyone can specifically tell me how to opt into emails/announcements from PLEX?

-Example is the email about the Ad supported Movies being added to PLEX today, colleagues and PLEX friends around me all received it, but I have not. I realized I have not received an email from PLEX since purchasing my PLEX pass a year ago…

Colleagues also had gotten promotional emails over the black Friday holiday etc…

In my settings it says I am subscribed to the “news letter” and I’ve checked my email and account info is correct?

Does anyone have any ideas on this, I am fairly new to PLEX and realize you cant just throw in a support ticket.

you might also want to make sure they aren’t going to junk/spam folder.

Thanks for that… as I put above I did check that and it s check marked already. I did even uncheck and then re-check and hit save just to see if it picks something up that way…

they don’t send many emails, so you aren’t really missing much.
