We should be able to choose the codec, such as HEVC or vl9 or whatever, when choosing to optimise versions.
We should also be able to choose the destination container, like MKV or MP4.

It would also be nice to keep ALL audio tracks, instead of one, and the subtitles, too. A option to burn in the subtitles should be there, too.

Handbrake is a dog’s breakfast, I’d uch prefer something which is far more intuitive and streamlined in accordance with the waysin which more Plex users would use it. And to distinguish “Advanced” features, much as the settings panel allows now.
