Option to Resume Playback or Start from the Beginning not showing

I saw this post but it seems to not have been resolved before the post was closed.

I have been having this issue for several months using Plex on a Samsung Smart TV, but the issue is not happening on Plex app on a Mac. I’m running Plex Server v1.15.4.919 on FreeNAS and Plex App v1.6.5.1097-3bb9dc68 on a Mac.

Any ideas how to resolve?

Well, heck, I don’t know what in the world has happened in the last several minutes, but I am able to see the options on the Smart TV.

Not crying wolf. It happened again to me yesterday. I’ve just come to accept it since they went dark on me :slight_smile:

Still happening for me… Looks like that one time for me was a fluke.
