I’m trying to sync some TV shows or movies I have in my Plex media server onto my android phone. I checked out the quick guide to mobile sync and there is an sync icon in the pictures but that icon is not present in my Plex web browser.
Do I need to update something for it to appear? I purchased a Plex subscription just yesterday.

Your trying to sync from another accounts server.

You are trying to sync from the server of kunfuzedxone The server accounts name is under the server name on left side
The server owner/admin account is the one that needs the Plex Pass and then allows other accounts to sync from their server
I am guessing they are both your accounts but if you bought the Plex Pass with kunfuzedx then you need to be signed into that server as admin (in Settings>Server>General) with that account.
Syncing from another server was the issue. That was my bad. Thank you for your help, the issue has been resolved.
