How do I transfer movies that are already in Plex Media to a new folder I created?

Do you mean transfer a movie from one library to different one? It can’t be done. You need to sort your movies on OS level (different folders for different libraries).
I tried to organize the movies in different folders through FileZilla software, but it fails and I do not see the movie in the new folder I made

I’m sorry I don’t understand what’s the problem exactly. Why FileZilla? Where are those files located? Where is your PMS installed?

I Moves a movie from one library to another. I deleted the movie from the Plex’s library. I have created a new folder in the Plex that points to the previous movie I have transferred but still Plex doesn’t recognized it.
