I would kindly like to ask for help. I am running a server on Shield TV Pro and I am facing issue with titles. I have several movies with different English a original title. All are correctly matched, online data such as plot, cast and rating are correctly loaded. English title is never loaded from online source (I use new Plex agent). I modifiy title to English one according to TMDB. In library setting I have Use original titles option enabled. Still when I browse my libary I always see the English titles I entered into title field.
I hope this is a correct forum section, the issue is across all my players therefore I deduce it is sever related.
Any suggestion will be greatly welcomed, thank you in advance.

What is in the Title field is always displayed in the library under the poster, etc… Enabling Use Original Titles puts that in the Title field. If you edited it to the English title, then that is what will show.
However, what I think you are taking about is due to what IMDB have for their default title and add to that plex uses IMDB as a starting point for all metadata records.
Using https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0166924 as an example. On IMDB the title for this movie is Mulholland Dr. but on TMDB its Mulholland Drive as per https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/1018-mulholland-drive. Regardless of whatever settings you use for english it will always have the IMDB title. I believe this is a limitation with the current agents (both movie and tv).
The only way I’ve found to get the correct title for my english locale is to edit the movie directly in plex and change it.
BTW… you maybe able to edit IMDB directly but I’ve not tried that.
Thank you @BigWheel that solves the issue. As is probably evident from my first post it was not clear to me. Maybe I am not aware of some other use cases but the logic seems unintuitive in my humble opinion.
I wish there was a way to store both original and engligh title in detail/metadata but have displayed the one that firts my Library settings.
Anyhow, once again thank you very much for guidance.
