Originally Available field not updating, preventing match

I’m having an issue with matching Movies, where the Originally Available field is set to 1900-01-01 for some reason. Even after removing or manually changing the field and matching the movie, it will revert back and the movie will not actually be matched (usually the synopsis is there, but no poster). All of my movies are organized by /Movies/MovieName (release year)/MovieName (release year).ext

If you’re using MP4/M4V files the embedded Title Field may be preventing the match - and that date field hasn’t gotten there yet…

Do this - if you’re using MP4/M4V files:

Video File Naming

With LMA in priority, Embedded Titles within MP4/M4V files are preferred - even over a perfect file name. Local Media Assets should - AT ALL TIMES - remain enabled (unless specifically instructed to turn it off). Local Media Assets should be ‘Demoted’, to the bottom of the stack of active agents under ALL tabs in Shows and Movies, but should NOT be disabled. Local Media Assets is needed for many things - it doesn’t need to be given Tip-Top-Priority (as Plex has so hatefully placed it as it’s …

That will take Local Media Assets out of priority and may allow a natural match.

That’s good - leave it there and also under ALL tabs in Movies and Shows.
(Plex Movie/Movie Database/TVDB/ALL Tabs)

Dump the agent caches:

Clearing Plugin/Channel/Agent HTTP Caches | Plex Support

Eventually we’ll either find it, or find a reason to start looking at log files.
(and do disable Verbose Logging while enabling Debug Logging)

This happened again - just a few days after. Guess I’m going to have to setup a task to wipe the cache periodically?
