Lost all metadata and could not getting back

Player Version#: Version 4.59.2
after upgrade to latest version I could not get any metadata. It used to work.

Tried few things

1. Change file name and remove years from title
2. Add year to Originally Available
3. Click match ,
4. Try different match (local, legacy etc)

I do not know if it matters but the release date was 10-07-2016. I do not think the day and month are use for anything but, since I do not really know anything about the inner workings of the matching engine, I think that is the only difference I see so it “might” be a problem.

Also the IMDB id is tt2119532 and the TheMovieDB id is 324786. You might try adding one or the other to your filename for matching.

another issue auto match shows 2020 ?

if I choose Match from Database then we can see correct year, but could not match

saying keep show nothing but “fix Match”

I think I found root cause, I need choose “Plex Movie (legacy)” other than “personal Media” in order to get correct metadata.
However, The “Refresh all metadata” still doesn’t work, I can only search and match one by one. The issue become I have 400+ movies need to fix that issue
