Two Issues: Missing TV Show; Wrong Episode plays

I am having two issues.

  1. I have an old TV with only 1 episode. I have moved it to Plex but Plex does not load it. I was able to determine Plex fails to load with the error " Error response for update: 4 (Agent does not handle the given language)." I have tried changing primary agent, optimize DB, empty trash, reinstall Plex, and prepopulated the metadata using a 3rd party software all with no results.

  2. I have 10 special episodes for the series Las Vegas. However, several of them, even though the “Info” shows it is pointing to the file, when I try to play them, the pilot (first main episode) plays.

Ideas?

I’m having a similar issue where the wrong episode plays, for a DVR recording. The correct episode is shown in the UI, but when you click on it, a different one plays.
