I tried adding “Other Videos” and then some documentaries… but unlike Movies, the poster.jpg is Portrait but then Plex shows it as “Landscape” only (and the top and bottom is cropped)? Is that how it works and cannot be changed?

I guess the reason is “Other videos” is taken to be self-made videos or some random videos. So I guess if you want the posters, just make it “Movies” instead or do what you did.
