Had Plex for years…keep everything up to date. I’ve noticed something the past year that happens in “Other videos” when I create a library for things non tv series or movie related. Say I create an other videos library called “GH- 1988” and I add 50 videos…A month later I add 10 more videos…Scanning does nothing and will not find them no matter what. The only way I can get the new videos added is to completely delete that library and start a new one and everything shows up…Not the end of the world…but a pain. I used to could just drop new videos in and it would find them. This only happens in “other videos” libraries but not TV or movies…
