Out of nowhere "This server is not powerful enough to convert video."

Player Version#: 4.22.1

CPU i7 6700k 4.0Ghz

All of a sudden I cannot play video via the web player. Attempting to do so results in “This server is not powerful enough to convert video.” I can direct play to my Nvidia ShieldTV and my Android phone just fine. I also get the error message when trying to play live TV via the HDHomeRun EXTEND on Any device.

I looked through the logs and see a lot of “Client reporting timeline state error”

Any advice is much appreciated.

Solved: I turned off “Disable video Stream Transcoding” and turned on “Use Hardware acceleration when available” and it’s working now.
