The Scanner doesn’t fetch the metadata for The Outer Limits (1995) seasons 6 and 7 when using The TVDB, DVD Order. It does fetch them for any other setting, and the first 5 seasons are OK for DVD Order.
Check the listings. Plex is not pulling it because it does not exist.
There are unassigned episodes. You could try creating an account and assigning them in the correct order.

Oops. Didn’t notice that. Contact the site admins. Maybe they’ll unlock it for you or add it themselves if you give them the episode order.
Hmm it did let me assign and number the episodes even though it’s locked, so that’s good to know for future reference…
