I’ve added a folder for my family videos. After finishing I went through each file on the plex server and set what of the three default “posters” I wanted for each file (kudos for the auto selection seemingly always getting the one that looks best!) and added a description for each file.
On the plex server (mac) and when viewed through Plex apps on PC, everything looks good. However, When I view through Samsung Smart TV app or Firestick app, a large amount of posters visible for the files in the Library, are not the one ticked in the settings on the server.
I’ve tried clearing cache and data but no avail the library on those devices just won’t show the default selected poster.
Any help would be appreciated
