Partial or failed recordings

When recording I get partial or failed recordings. It records for the whole time it’s supposed to. The recordings are either 15 seconds to 1 minute long or it shows the correct length, but with a failed recording. I have searched without finding a solution.

I am using an iMac with 10.13.6. 2.7GHz intel core i5. I have over 400GB of storage available. Plex Media Server Logs_2018-08-31_11-53-43.zip (5.7 MB)
HDHomeRun Connect.

I have the zip file of logs. I can’t figure out how to read them.

Everything is now connect to CAT5e. Still the same problem.

Has this never happened to anyone?
Any suggestions from the Plex staff?

Ok, so I am away home a lot but finally figured it out. I turned off remove commercials and it fixed the problem. I now get full recordings. Now the question is, “Why all of a sudden is this a problem?”
