I’ve noticed that recordings from the HDHomeRun are closed with only partial recording ie a 30 min show only records 10 min
I’ve checked the HDhoneRun logs are steaming to PLEX server for the full duration ie 30 mins
It seems to be when it’s closed that PLEX is making it a partial recording
Anyone experiencing the same?
Any ideas to fix?

PS: this is hsppening on PLEX Server on Windows, NVidia Shield and Synology NAS
I have exactly the same problem with partial recordings. I have an HDHome Run Quattro network tuner.
How does one access the logs to determine what happened with Plex or the HDHomerun.
Others have suggested a cause is a weak signal but If Plex knows it is a partial recording then it knows the full recording length. It should persist with the recording to the extent it can. Better a brief interruption during a full recording than the system just stop recording.
Plex needs to fix this problem as it has been going on for years now logging at past posts without any suggestion of a fix.
I am running Plex server on an iMac (10.14.4) with a wired connection to the HDHomerun device.
