The ‘unable to load map’ is worrying. Do you mind zipping up a couple of the images (one of each type) and I’ll see if I can reproduce here? Sorry you’re having trouble - we’ll look into what’s going wrong.

Thanks for the update. We’ll take a look at the .DNG issue.

@“Dom C” Any progress on this? I’ve switched to shooting .DNG only, and I haven’t seen a map (or ISO/Fstop/Aperture) on my photos in ages.

What progress has been made on this issue?

The release notes for Plex Web 4.18.1 mention fixing the display of maps on photo information pane, but it still isn’t working for .DNG images.
