Password of Nas (syno) user 'plex' modified and PMS no more works

Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171
Player Version#: html connection

Hello PMS was working correctly but yesterday I decided to modify the password of Synology NAS user ‘plex’. Then I can’t anymore connect to Plex even using the html local address (blank html page, server not responding)
How is it possible to restore Plex ? Do I need to delete it and reinstall it from scratch ?
Is it normal that Plex user DSM password can’t be changed ?
