I have an Plex account that I have forgotten the password to, unfortunately the email address that is on This account I don’t have access to anymore, as this was my old works email.
How to I complete a password reset if I can’t access the email that is currently on the Plex account?
You can’t, because there is no way for you to prove that you are the rightful owner of this account.
how about if you still have access to the account but with new iPhone setup, authenticator app did not transfer over. How do you setup the authenticator again when you don’t have the recovery key?
