The other day I cleared my cache and was logged out of my Plex server. As I haven’t logged in for a while I have forgotten my password.
For the last week I have been trying to reset my password, but the email does not arrive. I have tried dozens of times and it has become very frustrating. I made sure to check my spam and junk folders too but it does not appear there either. I even made sure to add noreply@plex.tv to a list of trusted emails but still nothing.
I also have Plex pass so I’d really like to be able to login to my account.
Could anyone please assist me with this issue?
