Hi, a family members account (jyne12903@bl******er) has forgotten their password. we have tried the ‘forgotten password’ option but no emails are being received.
We’ve checked spam and there’s nothing there, and we’ve checked the account exists as trying to sign up again states that the username is taken.
Any assistance getting that reset would be great. Thanks!
The mailserver rejected an email before, therefore the email address was listed on the ‘bounce’ list, so no email from Plex is sent to it.
The email address has been removed now from the bounce list.
You may re-try sending the ‘password forgotten’ email now.
