It is not possible to reset your password if you are able to log into Plex.
It REQUIRES a Verification Code, which you do not get when you are logged in trying to reset your password.
Why is a Verification Code required when you are logged into your account?
Why is there no ‘Send Verification Code’ option from this menu area?
Essentially, I think you need to Log OUT and then complain you forgot your password and then maybe it will provide the Verification Code…..???
Can this function be changed to align with security validation processes?
