Password reset mail undelivered

Hello,

First sorry for my bad english.

I recently changed my plex password but I made a typing error so I can not log in anymore.

I still have access to my account on some of my devices but to change the password you need the old one as for the email address.

The email address used is to be hosted on my own mail server, I saw another topic saying that unsent emails could come from a bad DKIM signature, this is not my case.

How can I receive this password change email or simply change my email address.

The account with which this message is written comes from the same mail server and I have not received the account creation email.

I can provide account information and even my plex token.

I did, this is what they answer to me :

If you can’t remember your password or are otherwise having trouble accessing your account, you can make use of our “Forgot your password?” feature to have the password reset to a known good value.
