OttoKerner, please help. Like others i can not login to my Plex account ( have signed up under new address to post this ) and am unable to reset my password. I have not deleted my account but nothing has worked. This is my email address -

I can now log in. I seem to have a new problem tho. My LG tv can see all my media but wont play and i cant cast to it from fire fox? Iam able to cast to the tv from my iphone??? It has always worked before. I can access and watch all media on the desktop.
@OttoKerner I figured I would piggy back on this topic. My friend isn’t getting her password reset emails, and I’m not sure if she deleted her account by mistake or what. It’s —. Thanks for any help.

Hi, I was under the impression I had a Plex account but the password I had in my password database isn’t working. I tried a password reset a number of times and did not receive the reset emails. I then tried creating a new account with my email address and it seemed to accept it but I still haven’t received any emails about it. I have checked my spam also. I don’t want to publish my email address explicitly in this comment.
