Hello I have a HP micro server N40L with plex server is very very hard to read the 1080p ethernet apple TV3 with transcoding.
my question, is it more fluid if I install plex connect into the apple tv3 or same?

I guess he wants to ask if the combination consisting of the N40L micro server and PlexConnect and AppleTV3 will work. The answer is no, the N40L does not have enough power to transcode 1080p or 720p
I would say it depends.. If the files are in an Apple friendlt format it should be possible, as no transcoding is needed. (I have the same setup)
In that case subler/iFlicks or similar may be needed to remux non-compatible formats.

There is no jailbreak for aTV3 available - no chance currently to install Plex-anything on it.
