People I stream to who use Roku can't get subtitles to automatically appear

I posted about this a while ago and got some help in this reply by @JuiceWSA.

I didn’t find anything that worked.

What I’m saying is if my friend uses a Roku, I can stream my Plex to them and every time a new episode or a new movie is played, subtitles don’t appear. They can only be added manually by going through the options on bottom right of TV.

My server, streamed to friend anywhere, if they use a Roku it won’t auto include subtitles. How can I make it?
